Bangs are not generally a good idea for those with a triangular face shape as they can emphasize the fact that you have quite a small forehead. Instead, try leaving the hair away from the face and also the ears to give the impression of the top of the head being wider and therefore evening out the strong jaw that you have.
Short hair is not always a good look for people with triangular face shapes but if you do want to go short make sure that your hair falls to at least your chin and you have plenty of layers framing this area to cut the jaw line down a little bit and also to give your face more of a round appeal to it.
