Sporting Long Hairstyles

Many long locked celebrities sport long hairstyles that give the rest of us a run for our money. Here are a few ideas on certain celebrities that give long locks a new style to sport.

Kim Kardashian wears her hair in a wavy long hairstyle with bangs on a regular basis. To achieve her lustrous locks, blow dry hair after it is placed up in Velcro rollers. To do this, apply a bit of wax to the ends of the hair and then place the ends onto the roller and curl the roller up towards the head.

Once in place, blow dry and remove rollers. Use smoothing shine and hairspray to hold the look, once you have fingered through the curls to separate and create a gentle wave. The bangs should be put into a Velcro roller while wet, and blow dried for a gentle under curl and brushed out.

Nicole Richie wears her long golden locks in a plethora of straight long hairstyles with layers around the face. To achieve the straight long hairstyle she wore in the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood issue, the key is to use your blow dryer as a friend.

Start with wet hair and a round brush, and place the brush behind the hair, so that the hair sits on top of the brush. Blow dry the hair while rotating the brush away from the face, and repeat this on the last 8 inches of hair. The remaining hair is to be blow dried straight, including the bangs.
