How to Cut My Own Hair?
If you do not particularly enjoy trips to the hairdressers and wish to cut your own hair at home, there are a few things that you need to know. Cutting hair in the comfort of your own bathroom or any other room in the house can be simple as long as you have the right knowledge and the right tools.

First of all, your hair will need to be wet so wash it first. This is because hair that is wet tends to be much easier than dry hair and this is more so the case with curly or wavy hair. You can use a spray bottle filled with water to add more moisture to it should it dry out while you are attempting the cut.
Sharp scissors are essential to cutting hair. This is not only to ensure that the cut is neat and precise but also to make sure that you are not pulling your hair out at the root which can happen with blunt scissors. Professional scissors will set you back a fair bit with regards to cost but it could be the best investment you ever make especially if you are likely to want to trim your own bangs and suchlike.
Remember that wet hair will bounce back to a shorter length when it has dried so when cutting it and especially with bangs, make sure that you leave a little more length than what you want to make sure that it does not end up too short.
Cutting your own hair is easy if you have the know-how and although one length styles are easier to get the hang of at first, you can soon experiment with different cuts when you have the confidence.
