Kate Winslet has recently done rather well at the various awards ceremonies from the Golden Globes to the Oscars and each of these events; she has a different hairstyle, all of them to die for. Kate Winslet is one of the women in this world with a round face alongside Drew Barrymore, the Welsh born singer Charlotte Church and also the young and talented actress Christina Ricci. They have all tried very different styles over the years and especially Kate Winslet, and the majority of them have suited these round face shapes.
To determine whether or not you have a wide face you need to look at yourself in the mirror. If it has an overall round shape with a wider point being at the eyes and ears f the face then you are blessed by being able to get away with some of the most famous hairstyles that have been in the news of late.
Look at the amount of different styles that Kate has looked stunning with over the years? The regal style that she wore to the Oscars was a prime example and the sweeping side fringe that she had at the Golden Globes is just another.
As a general rule, short hair that falls at chin level is not always the best idea as it can have the effect of making the face appear wider but shorter or longer than this level will be fine for most of the round face shapes in the world!
